We work with financial institutions, energy and manufacturing companies and trading desks across a corridor running from Sydney and Singapore through the Gulf.

Causal Capital was built on a simple observation: most risk training teaches frameworks, and most frameworks fail on contact with a real organisation. What survives is judgement — knowing which controls matter, which numbers to distrust, and where the model stops describing the business.

Our programmes are drawn from live consulting work. The case material comes from engagements we have delivered, the failure modes are ones we have watched happen, and the methods are the ones we use ourselves.

That extends to the tools. We build our own modelling systems, databases and analytics rather than reselling someone else's black box — which means when a client asks how something works, there is an answer.

Martin Davies

CEO & Managing Partner

Risk framework architect, designing risk measurement and management systems for banks, brokerages, exchanges and energy houses. More than twenty-five years building bespoke risk reporting and scorecard solutions, with deep knowledge of operational and credit risk, ALM, treasury, trade and project finance. FRM and PRM practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, and a trainer for the London School of Business & Finance.

Christine Davies

Head of Finance & Operations

Heads finance, operations, procurement and client onboarding — including vendor registration and the commercial groundwork behind every engagement. Also leads development of the firm's trading and analytics tooling.

Mladenka Vuchkova

Head of Business Development & Sales

Leads business development and client relationships, identifying new training opportunities and locations while overseeing each programme from initial enquiry through delivery. Coordinates clients, HR teams, partners and trainers to ensure seamless, high-quality training experiences.
